Sorry I haven’t blogged for a while!! But….. otherwise……..did you know that laughing lowers the level of stress hormones and strengthens the immune system. Six-year olds laugh an avsrage of 300 times a day! On the other hand, adults laugh only about 15 to 100 times a day!

Beware of the Ides of March
The Ides off march is March 15, the middle of March. It was said to Ceasar who didn’t belive it, it was the day Ceasar was killed.
